BoA Has a New Haircut for Upcoming Drama "Expect Dating"?

On August 17, “Superstar K” judge, solo artist, and actress BoA uploaded a photograph of herself on her Instagram account.  In the photograph, BoA shows off a smoky eye and short boy cut with the caption: “Hi there~.”  Fans marveled over BoA’s sexy new look and wondered whether it was for her new drama. 

BoA was cast in her first lead role for KBS romantic-comedy “Expect Dating” (also known as “Looking Forward to Romance“) along with Daniel Choi, Im Siwan, and Kim Ji Won which is expected to air in September.  The romantic-comedy follows a group of women and men in their twenties and thirties, and the ups-and-downs of their relationships.  BoA plays the character of Ju Yeon Ae who has been stung in the past by dating a string of bad boys.  Daniel Choi plays the character of Cha Gi Dae who is a dating coach that is able to read women’s hearts and understand their desires and motivations.  Im Siwan plays the character of Jeong Jin Gook who is in love with Ju Yeon Ae.  Kim Ji Won plays the character of Choi Sae Rom who represents the trendy mil-ddang (push-pull) woman who melts the hearts of men with the games she plays.
