Kim Nam Gil Visits Hospital After Suffering From Exhaustion

Recently, it was announced that actor Kim Nam Gil had to leave the set of film “Pirates” on August 18 to go to a hospital as he showed signs of severe exhaustion and dehydration.

An official from Kim Nam Gil’s agency stated to Newsen on August 19, “He was suffering from chronic exhaustion, and to prevent further problems, he received treatments. It was not serious enough to require hospitalization, and so there shouldn’t be anything to worry about at this point.”

The official continued, “He has very difficult scenes in the film. He had to run continuously in a very hot weather, and so he was dehydrated.”

The filming of “Pirates” is to be resumed on August 22, 2013.

Meanwhile, Kim Nam Gil  recently completed KBS’s drama “Shark.”
