Kangta Joins the Chinese Version of "1N2D"

Singer Kangta has been announced to join the cast of the Chinese version of the popular variety show “1 Night 2 Days.” The announcement was made during a press conference at the Beijing Olympic Stadium on August 22. 

Kangta appeared with top officials of the Chinese “1N2D” program, along with Sichuan TV industry’s key personnel and the cast members. 

It was earlier reported that KBS has granted the rights for a Chinese version of “1N2D,” which will premiere on September 13 through Sichuan satellite TV and Internet video network Youku.  Representatives of China Science and Technology Group, the producers of the Chinese version, came to Korea a couple months ago in June to meet the people behind the show and to seal the agreement.
