Clara Decides to Stay with "SNL" and Refuses "Sebakwi" MC Spot

Recently, Clara made a decision to refuse the MC role on MBC’s variety show “Sebakwi” (“Quiz to Change the World“) and stay on tvN’s “SNL Korea.” 

Clara’s agency stated to OSEN on September 10, ” ‘SNL Korea’ is the program that made Clara famous. Giving up this show to appear on another program wasn’t right. These two shows are aired at the same time, so it wold not have been fair for ‘Sebakwi’ if Clara kept ‘SNL’ as well as accept the MC role.”

On her Twitter, Clara herself also left a message, “It didn’t seem right to appear on two programs that are aired at the same time. I also wanted to be with ‘SNL’ family. I decided to continue doing what I do.”

Clara was offered the MC position when it was confirmed that Park Myung Soo will be leaving “Sebakwi.”
