On September 4, the cast, director, writers, and production staff of upcoming KBS mini-series “Future Choice” (also known as “Mi Rae’s Choice”) gathered together for their first script reading.

Photographs of Yoon Eun Hye, Lee Dong Gun, Jung Yong Hwa, Han Chae Ah, Choi Myeong Gil, Go Du Shim, Oh Jeong Se, and Lee Mi Do at the drama’s first table reading were released soon after.  The first table reading lasted over four hours, and staffers were impressed by how earnestly the actresses and actors participated in the reading.

Yoon Eun Hye will be playing the female lead role of Na Mi Rae who is a bright, lovely call-center worker that one day meets a person who claims to be her future self.  Na Mi Rae decides to follow the advice of her future self and find a new path for herself.  Yoon Eun Hye’s last acting project was in the 2012 MBC drama “Missing You” opposite Park Yoo Chun and Yoo Seung Ho.

Lee Dong Gun will play the role of announcer Kim Shin who is abrasive but principled. Lee Dong Gun’s last acting project was the 2008 MBC drama “When It’s At Night” (also known as “Night After Night”) opposite Kim Sun Ah.

Jung Yong Hwa will play the role of Park Se Ju who is a smoothly charismatic VJ, but is actually an undercover boss as the grandson of a broadcasting station representative.  Park Se Ju graduated from an American film school and, later, returned to South Korea.  Jung Yong Hwa’s last acting project was the lead role in 2011 MBC drama “Heartstrings” opposite Park Shin Hye.

The KBS drama will premiere on Monday, October 14, 2013, and will air on Mondays and Tuesdays.
