Newlywed Han Hye Jin Picks Her First Post-marriage Project

Actress Han Hye Jin, who wed soccer player Ki Sung Yeung on July 1, has decided on her first project after marriage. According to a report in local news agencies, Han Hye Jin is set to star in a forthcoming SBS drama, Kind Words.”

The announcement was made through a statement from the actress’ agency, Namoo Actors, saying, “Han Hye Jin eventually chose ‘Kind Words’ to be her first project after getting married. She decided this on the weekend after undergoing negotiations.”

“Kind Words” is Han Hye Jin’s first drama since JTBC’s “Syndrome” last year. In this drama, she will be playing a woman in a troubled marriage who falls in love with another man. She will be starring with Ji Jin Hee and Kim Ji Soo

Han Hye Jin’s decision to join “Kind Words” is also because of the writer and director behind it. Han Myung Hee who wrote Can We Get Married? while Choi Young Hun who helmed Five Fingers team up for “Kind Words.”

Han Hye Jin will return to Korea for filming, but there is no exact date for her return yet. She is currently in England to spend time with her husband, who plays for Sunderland. 

The actress resigned from her hosting stint in “Healing Camp” when she married Ki Sung Yeung and left to join him after she finished her movie “When a Man Loves a Woman.”
