Kim Jae Joong's Release of “A Sunny Day” Heats Up Music Sites
Kim Jae Joong of JYJ gave fans a taste of his new album through revealing “A Sunny Day” before the official release of his new solo album.
On October 15, a representative of C-JeS Entertainment stated, “’A Sunny Day,’ which was released today at noon through iTunes and other various music sites, is a ballad that well displays Kim Jae Joong’s sweet voice and the harmony he creates with Lee San Gon of Noel. Immediately after the release, the track rose to the number one spot on Cyworld’s real time music chart as well rising to the higher ranks on Olleh Music and Mnet.”
The composer behind Kim Jae Joong’s “A Sunny Day” is Baek Moo Hyun who also wrote the popular OST “Love is Like a Snowflake” sung by Kim Junsu for KBS 2TV’s drama, “The Innocent Man.” The lyrics of the song well portray the honest longing of a man. Moreover, the melody of the piano and the acoustic guitar adds to the rich sound.
The reaction to the release of the track that fits perfectly with fall was explosive. As soon as Kim Jae Joong’s “A Sunny Day” was released, comments flooded various music sites as it rose to the top of the charts as the most searched topic on various portal sites.
The rep also stated, “We are planning to release the music video teaser for Kim Jae Joong’s title song for his solo album on the official JYJ Facebook Page on October 17. We ask for your support for the title song as well.”
Meanwhile, Kim Jae Joong will release his first solo album, “WWW” on October 29. He is preparing to perform at the “2013 Kim Jae Joong First Album Asia Tour Concert” on November 2 and November 3 at COEX located in Seoul.
