Lee Ji Ah Will Make Her First TV Drama Comeback in 2 Years
Actress Lee Ji Ah was recently revealed to be on the set of the upcoming drama “Thrice Married Woman.” This will be her first drama in 2 years since her last appearance in “Me Too, Flower!” in 2011.
On October 25, pictures were released of Lee Ji Ah on the on the drama set at an elementary school at Ilsan, Gyeonggi Province.
In the new drama, Lee Ji Ah will play Oh Eun Soo, a shopping host whose first marriage failed and who is in the middle of her second marriage. While lovable and cute, she plays a character that is very firm and confident in her decisions.
On that day of filming, the actress shot a scene where she is picking up her daughter from school. This is Lee Ji Ah’s first role as a mother since her debut, and despite it being her first time, she pulls it off well, with a naturally tender gaze and cheerful expression.
“Thrice Married Woman” is a drama that shows a realistic and new outlook on marriage that is different than that of our parents’ generations, and will serve as a reminder of the meaning of marriage and family.
Other actors who will appear in the drama include Um Ji Won, Ha Seok Jin, and Song Chang Ui. Following the drama “Goddess of Marriage,” “Thrice Married Woman” will air its first episode on November 9.
