Lee Seung Gi Ranks Number One in Concert Ticket Sales

According to Interpark on October 28, Lee Seung Gi’s “2013 Lee Seung Gi Hope Concert – Joy, Anger, Sorrow, Happiness” took the number one spot for the highest weekly concert sales as soon as it went on sale. 

As the year-end concert season approaches, many artists are planning their own concerts. Some of the names on the list include Cho Yong Pil, Shin Seung Hun, Yoon Do Hyun, and Lena Park. Despite the tight competition between these artists, Lee Seung Gi is receiving much attention for topping the chart, especially since the concert has not yet been publicized. 

Lee Seung Gi reigns as the top male solo artist putting on solo concerts at the Olympic Stadium Gymnastics Arena for the fifth year in a row since 2009. Because of his success in all areas of entertainment, including acting and variety shows, his concerts have received positive feedback as being a diverse and sophisticated performance. The concerts are organized with a new theme every year, which also raises the expectations and satisfaction of his audience.

The “2013 Lee Seung Gi Hope Concert – Joy, Anger, Sorrow, Happiness” will be held November 30 to December 1 at the Olympic Stadium Gymnastics Arena in Seoul.
