T.O.P's Shows His Superman Pose and Talks About Acting with Taeyang's Brother

Choi Seung Hyun (T.O.P of BIGBANG) returned to the big screen after three years in his new movie “The Alumni” (also known as “The Commitment”).

The cast of “The Alumni,” Choi Seung Hyun, Han Ye Ri, Yoon Je Moon, Jo Sung Ha, Kim Yoo Jung, and director Park Hong Soo, attended the press screening on October 29 and shared their general thoughts about the movie. He also amused the audience and his cast members with his funny Superman poses.

Choi Seung Hyun learned martial arts for his role as a North Korean spy, and immersed himself fully in his character for the movie. He also revealed his thoughts about acting alongside the brother of fellow BIG BANG member Taeyang, Dong Hyun Bae. “Taeyang’s brother got quite a lot of screen time. Dong Hyun Bae was cast before I joined the cast of ‘The Alumni’. It was an amazing coincidence. It was more comfortable filming because of this. I felt happy meeting someone like a real hyung.”

“The Alumni” is a movie detailing the fate of a youth who receives a dangerous offer to enter South Korea as a spy, which he must do in order to save his sister, who is his only remaining family. “The Alumni” premieres on November 6.
