“Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education” Might Travel to Sochi Olympics

Variety show “Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education” portrays high possibilities of visiting the Sochi Olympics.

On October 31, a representative of the KBS2TV’s variety show commented, “’Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education’ is planning to go and cheer for the Sochi Olympics in Russia this upcoming February. Last May, the members of the show requested to visit the Sochi Olympics as a victory wish during the ‘Bowling Series.’ Afterwards, the staff and the members agreed that if the team could win four victories, we would go visit the Sochi Olympics. However, the ‘Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education’ team failed at winning four victories, which caused uncertainty on the plans to go to Russia.”

Despite the uncertainty, the staff of the show expressed hope as the representative included,” Later, our staff plans to give MCs Kang Ho Dong,  DBSK’s Changmin, and Lee Soo Geun another offer,” sharing another spark to the possibility of visiting the Sochi Olympics. Furthermore, the representative added, “In the current situation, it is highly possible to have a Sochi trip. Yet, since we haven’t been able to obtain plane tickets, the Olympic trip is uncertain.” In regards to the nature of the Olympic visit, the representative explained, “Instead of a large scale visit, we want to go along with the show’s nature and express a rather meaningful support for the Sochi Olympics,” and concluded, “Soon, the final results will be revealed.”

Currently, “Our Neighborhood Arts and Physical Education” is airing their basketball series after the ping pong, bowling, and badminton matches. The KBS2TV variety show airs every Tuesday nights at 11:10PM KST.
