“Superstar K5” Park Jae Jung Does “Growl” With EXO's Baekhyun, Chanyeol and Xiumin

Park Jae Jung’s version of “Growl” has been gaining popularity on portal sites since being released online on Mnet’s YouTube channel.

Now in the Top 3 of Mnet’s “Superstar K5,” Park Jae Jung has gotten fans excited with his R&B take on EXO’s “Growl.”

Park Jae Jung decided to rearrange “Growl,” delivering an R&B version of their song as a show of appreciation for EXO’s support. The EXO members present (Baekhyun, Chanyeol and Xiumin) helped by beatboxing along to the song, and eventually launched into impromptu harmonization with Park Jae Jung.

EXO commented, “This is the first time hearing our song rearranged like this. It feels like the song doesn’t belong to us. The low-medium tone of your voice is very charming. You look better in real-life than on TV.”

They added, “We knew you’d make it into the top 3. You’ve never seemed nervous on stage. If you perform just as you did while practicing, you’ll definitely be the winner.”
