Park Shin Hye Is Caught Between Lee Min Ho and Kim Woo Bin in "The Heirs" Ep 13 Preview Stills

Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye finally ignite their burgeoning relationship with an emotional embrace on SBS’ Wednesday-Thursday drama “The Heirs.”

Picking up where the last episode ended, the November 20 episode of “The Heirs” shows Cha Eun Sang (Park Shin Hye) finally facing her feelings, as she walks up to Kim Tan (Lee Min Ho) and passionately embraces him. In the episode 12, Kim Tan had come to see her at work, and the two stood face to face shedding tears without exchanging a single word. The teaser pictures show that Cha Eun Sang clearly understands that he is deeply upset, and in spite of her complex feelings, moves forward to give him a hug, pressing herself close to him while on tiptoes.

The hug scene between Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye was filmed in front of a Mango Six café in Daechi-dong, Seoul, on November 11, and the pair took more than three hours to complete the scene, filming in the cold. Park Shin Hye displayed Cha Eun Sang’s previously suppressed emotions now being called to the forefront, as she embraced Lee Min Ho with affection, even standing on tiptoes. Lee Min Ho, on the other hand, stiffened momentarily before warmly embracing Park Shin Hye, creating a sweet scene to watch.

In order to get it perfect, Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye did intense rehearsals prior to filming the scene, which called for the two to shed tears while looking at each other, right up to the final hug. They worked hard to express the way their characters felt about each other, the deep hurt shared and undeniable chemistry between them.

Production company Hwa & Dam Pictures stated, “Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye portrayed Tan and Eun Sang’s feelings perfectly, they were totally immersed in their characters, producing a great, touching scene. The two display a stinging sadness and a heart rate elevating romance, so please anticipate their ‘sexy and passionate romance.’”

 
SBS also uploaded teaser pictures of Kim Woo Bin and Park Shin Hye. Their pictures display the grave atmosphere between Eun Sang and Young Do (Kim Woo Bin). Eun Sang gives Young Do an intense look, but it doesn’t seem like Young Do will be letting go so easily.
