Uee Spills Tears at the First Script Reading for "Golden Rainbow"

Singer-actress Uee recently had her first script reading for the new MBC weekend drama, “Golden Rainbow,” along with co-stars Jung Il Woo and Lee Jae Yoon and showcased her great focus and acting ability.

Uee, playing the role of Baek Won, completely fell into the role during the reading, even spilling tears during a rough emotional scene. Jung Il Woo, playing the role of Do Young, also looked comfortable in his role as a cunning prosecutor. Uee and Jung Il Woo are taking over Kim Yoo Jung and Oh Jae Mu, who had been playing the younger counterparts of their respective characters. 

Since the first episode, with a viewer rating of 10.9%, “Golden Rainbow” has maintained a rating of about 12-13%. 

“Golden Rainbow” is currently airing every Saturday and Sunday at 9:55pm (KST).
