R&B Singer Songwriter 40 Join Forces with Soulful Diva Lim Jeong Hee In a Duet
R&B singer songwriter 40 and soulful voice Lim Jeong Hee have joined forces for a duet.
The teaser video for the track, “Like a Movie,” was revealed through Loen Music’s official YouTube channel on December 5 prior to its release on December 6.
40 is a man of many talents with his abilities to compose, write lyrics, arrange, play the piano as well as sing. Last year, he was nominated for Best New Artist, the Best R&B Album, and the Best R&B Song awards at the 9th Korean Music Awards, and was acknowledged as an artist with true musical skills.
Lim Jeong Hee, who joined in collaboration with 40 is already known for her vocal talent. She is currently starring in the musical “Murder Ballad,” and she also recently released “Feel So Good” with Super Star K’s Hong Dae Kwang in addition to participating in the OST for MBC’s “Medical Top Team.”
40 and Lim Jeong Hee are both well-recognized artists amongst R&B lovers, and their collaboration is gaining much interest. A representative of 40’s label, YNB Entertainment, stated, “The two vocalist who have the most distinguished style in the R&B scene have come together to release a duet. We want to extend our gratitude to Lim Jeong Hee for agreeing to this duet, for without her this good music would have never been born.”
Meanwhile, “Like a Movie” will be released on various music sites on December 6 at Noon KST.
