EXO, M.pire and Crayon Pop Take Home Awards from the 1st Hawaii International Music Award Festival

Threeidol groups, EXO , M.pire and Crayon Pop have won awards at the first ever Hawaii International Music Award Festival (HIMAF) this year.

The HIMAF is an awards ceremony held for the global audience and is attended by the Hawaiian community, government officials and tourists.

EXO has received the grand prize of Artist of the Year, once again proving their global popularity and their Hallyu influence. EXO’s first official album “XOXO” sold over 960,000 copies and counting.

Rookie group M.pire and Crayon Pop also won awards for Rising Star of the Year. M.pire appealed to the public with charismatic vocals and choreography through singles such as “Can’t Be Friends With You” and “I’m Better,” marking their strong presence as rookies this year.

Crayon Pop also made leaps and bounds in the K-Pop scene with “Bar Bar Bar” and their latest holiday single, “Lonely Christmas” for the addictive melodies and dance moves.
