In 2004, Lee Seung Gi debuted as a singer with his first album “The Dream of a Moth” and the title single “Because You’re My Woman,” about the unconditional love a young man bears for an older woman, became an iconic hit which resonated with popular culture. Lee Seung Gi subsequently has released: second album “Crazy For U” in 2006, third album “Story of Separation” in 2007, fourth album “Shadow” in 2009, and fifth album “Tonight” in 2011.
Lee Seung Gi’s cute looks, gentle manners, and sweet personality showcased in SBS variety program “X-Man” and KBS travel/variety program “1 Night 2 Days,” along with his lovelorn ballads, catapulted him into the hearts of noonas across the nation and the world. Lee Seung Gi’s popularity (and rapport with Kang Ho Dong) also landed him a MC position opposite Kang Ho Dong on SBS talk program “Strong Heart.”
Lee Seung Gi also went on to garner fame in acting through leading roles in SBS drama “Brilliant Legacy” with Han Hyo Joo, SBS drama “My Girlfriend is a Gumiho” with Shin Min Ah, MBC drama “The King 2 Hearts” with Ha Ji Won, and MBC drama “Gu Family Book” with Miss A’s Suzy.
Just curious. Which Lee Seung Gi do you like better? Actor Lee Seung Gi, singer Lee Seung Gi, or variety Lee Seung Gi?
