Hyorin Wins No. 1 on Music Core With "One Way Love"

Sistar‘s Hyorin was in first place on December 7’s MBC “Music Core.”

Hyorin is currently promoting the title track, “One Way Love,” off her first solo album, “Love&Hate.” She was up against VIXX‘s “Voodoo Doll” and 2NE1‘s “Missing You,” and took home the first place trophy due to strong album sales. 2NE1 was not present at Music Core this week.

Hyorin looked genuinely surprised to be number one. She kept her thank you speech short, because as she mentioned, MC Noh Hong Chul dislikes long speeches.  She thanked those who have supported her, including staff and managers at Starship Entertainment, Sistar’s fans, as well as her other Sistar members, Bora, Soyu and Dasom.
