EXO’s “Miracles in December” Shows Crazy Pre-Order Sales

It would be no surprise to label EXO as Korea’s rising star as the group shows just how hot they are in the Korean music scene.

On December 9, it was revealed that the pre-order for EXO’s special album, “Miracles in December,” recorded astonishing pre-order sales of 401,230 albums. To break things down, the Korean version of the special album recorded pre-order sales of 243,220 albums, and the Chinese version recorded pre-order sales of 159,010 albums.

The surprising pre-order sales of “Miracles in December” show just how popular EXO has become, standing out in the K-Pop industry. Currently, the group’s combined sales for their first album, “XOXO,” (repackaged version included) is close to one million album sales, showing how EXO became rising stars in 2013 with their hit songs “Wolf” and “Growl.”

EXO’s special album, “Miracles in December,” was released on December 9, although the title song, also called “Miracles in December,” was released early on December 5. The album serves as a special gift for the group’s fans, showing the gratitude of the members towards their fans support for the year 2013.

As the year comes to an end, we can expect EXO to continue releasing fresh and catchy songs in 2014.
