With his boyish good looks and charisma, Jung Il Woo gained notoriety as the pretty boy who captured hearts of all ages in his first drama, 2006 MBC drama “Unstoppable High Kick,” and solidified his star status with the 2009 MBC drama, “The Return of Iljimae.”  Jung Il Woo’s popularity rose to even greater heights with the trendy 2011 tvN drama “Flower Boy Ramyun Shop” opposite Lee Chung Ah.  

The handsome actor, however, does not limit himself to generic lead roles, and acted in supporting roles in the 2009 KBS drama “My Fair Lady,” 2011 SBS drama “49 Days,” and the 2012 MBC drama “Moon Embracing the Sun.” 

In 2013, Jung Il Woo made his long-awaited comeback with his seventh drama, MBC drama “Golden Rainbow” opposite Uee.
