Member of JYP’s Upcoming Boy Band Appears on Hidden Singer 2
A member of JYP’s upcoming boy band, 5Live, made an appearance on jTBC’s “Hidden Singer 2.” The variety show, which had people guessing which voice belonged to the real Park Jin Young, revealed that one of the voice impersonator was none other than Park Sung Jin, a trainee at JYP Entertainment.
On December 14, the broadcast of “Hidden Singer 2” showcased Park Sung Jin’s impersonating skills, as the trainee sang through JYP’s songs “Don’t Leave Me,” “Honey,” and “Summer Jingle Bell.” The upcoming singer also grabbed attention for his good looks and thick dialect.
5Live first grabbed attention when they battled against YG Entertainment’s trainees during the vocal round on the September 13 episode of Mnet’s “Win: Who is Next.” Furthermore, the boy band participated in the ost of KBS2TV’s “Beautiful Man,” by singing the song, “Lovely Girl.”
Although Park Sung Jin was eliminated in the following rounds of “Hidden Singer 2,” many can expect to see more of the upcoming singer as 5Live plans to debut in 2014.
