VIXX Keeps Promise to Fans and Holds Chicken Party

Idol group VIXX kept its promise to fans in celebration of their first victory on a music show.

On December 14, VIXX held a chicken party with fans in Gangnam, Seoul. The event was in celebration for the group winning number one on KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” on December 6, which was its first victory on a music show. Since their debut, the members of VIXX made a promise to their fans saying, “If we ever win No. 1 on a music show, we want to eat chicken with our fans.” Once it was announced they were one of the candidates to receive the No.1 trophy, the members confirmed again saying, “Just as we promised when we debuted, let’s eat chicken together if we win No.1.”

About 20 fans, who were at the recording of “Music Bank” on December 6, were joined by 280 more fans who were chosen through VIXX’s official fan café. Many fans signed on to the online café in order to sign-up for the event. Over 3,500 fans logged-in to the café making the website difficult to access. VIXX spent a fun time eating chicken with their fans in addition to thanking their fans for their support.

Meanwhile, VIXX will be continuing its activities with their newest track, “Voodoo Doll.”
