After School’s Gaeun Will Become a College Student

According to a representative of After School’s label, Pledis, on December 18, “Gaeun was accepted to Dongduk Women’s University with a major in broadcast through rolling admission. Gaeun was extremely happy when she heard the news.”

There has been much news of idol stars being accepted to colleges recently. Last month, A Pink’s Son Naeun was accepted to Dongguk University as a theater and film major, and B1A4’s Sandeul was accepted to Myungji University as a Film and Musical major. In addition, girl group Rainbow’s Seung Ah was accepted to Sejong University as a Film and Arts major, an VIXX’s Hyuk was accepted to Dong-Ah Institute of Media and Arts as a Entertainment major with a concentration in K-Pop.

Group NU’EST’s Minhyun and Ren announced their acceptance to Inha University as Theater and Film majors, and fellow member Baekho was accepted to Baekche Institute of the Arts as a broadcast major.
