Bebe Mignon’s Ben Sets a New Record on “Perfect Singer”

On the Christmas special for tvN’s “Perfect Singer,” Bebe Mignon’s Ben set a new record in the history of the show. 

On this episode, Ben was the fourth runner of the Dream Singer team, and dueled it out with Hong Jin Young of the Singer team, singing the song “Fate” by Lee Sun Hee. Ben was highly praised for her performance, even being called a “Little Lee Sun Hee,” and set a new record one the show with an impressive 98.548 points.

Ben said, tearing up, “It’s been four years since my debut, and since then, I haven’t had very many opportunities to sing or perform like this. Today’s performance was a huge opportunity for me.”

Following her record-setting performance, Ben became the most searched artist on Naver, Daum, and other online portal sites, receiving a lot of support and love from netizens.

Ben debuted in 2010 with the group Bebe Mignon, and is known for her talented vocals, called the ‘female Shin Yong Jae.’
