FTISLAND's Choi Min Hwan Cast for Musical "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat"

FTISLAND‘s drummer Choi Min Hwan is confirmed to play the lead role in musical “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”

Live and Company, the producer of “Joseph and the Amazing,” commented, “When taking many factors into consideration, he is a promising actor. We hope that he will become a next generation musical star through this experience and his lead role as Joseph.” The musical is co-produced by Time Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber, and it is described as a pleasant experience also for those not familiar with musicals thanks to its powerful stages and enjoyable music.

Choi Min Hwan made his musical debut in November 2012, when he played the lead role in the musical “Gwanghwamun Sonata” in Osaka, Japan. Earlier this year in June, he was chosen as the lead for the musical “Goong” in Japan, becoming a rising star of the musical scene.

“Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” will run from December 31 to February 9 at Daehak-ro Musical Center.
