Jo Seung Woo Confirmed for New Drama “God’s Gift – 14 Days,” Also Starring Lee Bo Young
Actor Jo Seung Woo has confirmed for the new SBS drama “God’s Gift – 14 Days.”
Jo Seung Woo has taken on the role of Ki Dong Chan, the owner of a detective agency called ‘Don’t Ask Supporters.’ He will be working alongside actress Lee Bo Young, who plays Kim Soo Hyun, a mother who travels back in time to save her child.
In the drama, Ki Dong Chan (Jo Seung Woo) lives a third-rate life, with picking up girls and getting back borrowed money as his special talents, but has a surprising background as a legendary detective on a crime squad with inherent instincts. He has a fateful meeting with Kim Soo Hyun (Lee Bo Young), on the quest to save her child, and they end up working together for the next 14 days.
This is Jo Seung Woo’s first comeback to dramas in a year since “The King’s Doctor.” He said, “When I first saw the script [for ‘God’s Gift – 14 Days’], I felt that it was on a path to something new and was a drama with a meaningful message, so with a lot of excitement, I agreed to do it.”
Other actors starring in “God’s Gift – 14 Days include Lee Bo Young, Kim Tae Woo, and Jung Kyeo Woon. The new drama will air after the end of “A Word From a Warm Heart.”
