Actress Go Hyun Jung Becomes Professor of Theatre at Dongguk University

It has been announced on March 3 that actress Go Hyun Jung(43) will become an adjunct professor for the undergraduate program of theater at Dongguk University. The actress will be teaching third and fourth year students ‘medium acting.’ 

Go Hyun Jung has a long history with Dongguk University beginning as a student at the university. Go Hyun Jung studied performing arts at Dongguk University prior to her big break. The actress also donated 100,000,000 won ($93,200 USD) to the scholarship fund in 2006. Her donations will help the incoming students for years to come.

Go Hyun Jung last appeared in the 2013 MBC drama “The Queen’s Classroom” as a strict elementary school teacher. The actress made headlines as being the highest paid actress in Korea for her role in the 2010 drama “Big Thing.”
