Soyu x Junggigo Are Still Topping the Online Music Charts 32 Days after the Release of “Some”

Wow, Soyu x Junggigo have been proving just how much love their project song, “Some,” has been receiving as the song remained at the top of the music charts 32 days after the song’s release. Currently, “Some” is ranked first on all six major online music charts (Melon, Mnet, Olleh Music, Naver Music, Genie, Cyworld Music), displaying the long running popularity of the song. Before the release of “Some,” the project group had garnered attention as SISTAR’s Soyu’s collaboration with Junggigo created anticipation towards another great melody. As the SISTAR member’s previous duet song with rapper Mad Clown became quite popular, Soyu’s next project with Junggigo was predicted to be another success. Yet, no one would have expected “Some” to be such a big hit, as the project group was even able to win several music program awards despite not releasing a physical album.

“Some” is a sweet love song that describes the feelings of an awkward relationship a guy and a girl who are unofficial, but share the same feelings towards each other. We shall see just how long “Some” can maintain their long running dominance on the music charts. Congratulations Soyu x Junggigo!
