Block B to Star in Their Own Live Reality TV Show, “5 Minutes Before Chaos”

Male idol group Block B is taking a stab at ‘idol taboos.’

On April 10, the group will appear in the first episode of their live reality TV show Mnet 3-ScreenBlock B’s 5 Minutes before Chaos,” where they will be setting up hidden cameras, doing various missions, etc. With the pranks and missions, Block B will be boldly strolling into territory that idols usually want to avoid: confirming rumors about members with hidden cameras, putting the members dating skills to the test with blind dates, and more.

When the broadcast starts, Block B will watch their own their own antics on screen, and their reactions watching the pre-recorded missions and activities will be broadcast live online at the same time as the TV broadcast. Moreover, the show is a ‘3-screen’ program, meaning viewers will be able to communicate with Block B during the broadcast through SNS on TV, PC, and mobile platforms.

Block B said, “We’re hungry for reality TV, and we’re determined to create a unique show. Please tune in!”
