Infinite to Release an Instrumental Album, “The Origin”

Infinite will be releasing an instrumental album called “The Origin.” Infinite’s agency Woollim Entertainment said, “’The Origin,’ an instrumental album with Infinite’s most representative songs, will be released on April 10, and album pre-orders will start online on April 1. It will be a 30,000 copy limited edition.” “The Origin,” amidst the prejudice that idol music is light and is not listened to after trends pass, is an independent and musically mature venture by Infinite. This is the first venture of this sort by any Korean artist.

“The Origin” is made up of three CDs, black, white, and gold, and with ten songs per CD, there are a total of 30 songs in the album. The white CD consists of pure ballads, the black, intense and powerful music, and the gold, fun and upbeat dance music.

The title track for the instrumental CD is “B.T.D,” which was originally released on 2011’s “Evolution” album. Moreover, the unfinished story from the music video for “B.T.D” will be released with “The Origin,” further increasing anticipation for its release.
