Jay Park to Release New Single Featuring Simon D

Jay Park has announced his plans to release a new single on April 11, and the track will feature the second CEO of AOMG, Simon D.

The single “Metronome” will hit the online music stores on April 11 at noon. This will mark the return of Simon D to the music scene after a nine-month hiatus, as he has not been active as a musician after the highly publicized “Diss Battle” that took place last year. As the new joint CEOs of their label AOMG, the two will shoot a music video together to accompany the anticipated single.

It has been confirmed, however, that they will not promote the song on music shows. A source in the music industry described “Metronome,” “The song fits well together with Jay Park’s rapping and vocals as well as Simon D’s rapping. Gray has participated in the production, and the distinct color of AOMG is noticeable in the new track of Jay Park.”

In related news, artists under AOMG will soon star in a new reality show, which will follow the musicians’ life behind the curtains and screens. The show is set to premiere on April 15 on MNet.
