Lee Seung Hwan’s Concert Sells Out Within One Minute
The tickets for veteran singer Lee Seung Hwan’s “Unforeseen Concert-Hwa.Yang.Yun.Hwa” (translated to “the best time of one’s life”) sold out just one minute after it became available to the public, proving his popularity isn’t cooling down any time soon.
Only a few fans were able to purchase tickets on the hosted site when it became available on April 7 at 8pm. “Unforeseen Concert” is one of Lee Seung Hwan’s yearly trademark concerts that takes place at a small theater seating 500 individuals, and is well known for its guerilla-style last minute announcement of when tickets are available for purchase.
The annual concert first started in 2005 at a large concert hall, but Lee Seung Hwan decided to scale down the venue to a 500-seat theater in order to feel closer to the audience. For this year, it will take place on April 13 at V-Hall in Seogyo-dong, Seoul.
Meanwhile, Lee Seung Hwan is currently promoting the title track “I’m Only Into You” off of his eleventh studio album “Fall to Fly.”
