Eddy Kim Cancels Concert Out of Respect for Ferry Tragedy

Singer Eddy Kim has announced the cancellation of “Eddy Kim’s Acoustic Café” concert due to the Sewol Ferry tragedy.

His agency Mystic89 shared the news through their SNS on April 18, “The Sewol Ferry incident has resulted in many casualties. We decided to cancel the concert, as we think it is not right to follow our original plan. We send our deepest condolences and sympathies to the victims.”

“Eddy Kim’s Acoustic Café” with special appearance by label mate Lim Kim was supposed to be held on April 21, but out of respect for the recent tragedy that has shaken the hearts of people around the world, Eddy Kim and his agency have decided to cancel the concert.

Eddy Kim is currently promoting his debut album “The Manual,” which was released on April 11.
