Phantom Announces Powerful Comeback with First Full-length Album
Hip hop group Phantom will be making their return with a highly anticipated studio album.
On May 12, the tracklist and teaser photos of their upcoming album titled “Phantom Power” were revealed through the group’s official Facebook account. This album will be the group’s first release after a six-month hiatus.
In the black-and-white teaser photos, the members showcase their personal charms by looking thoughtful and emotional in different settings.
Phantom’s agency commented, “The album was supposed to come out in April, but it was delayed due to the Sewol ferry tragedy. After pushing back the release to show respect for the mourning, the new release date has been carefully set on May 21.”
The full-length album has a total of 11 tracks, and artists featuring on it include San E, Verbal Jint, and Navi.
Leader Kiggen uploaded the tracklist on Phantom’s official fancafe and wrote, “The album includes the colorful tracks that we revealed last year, as well as easy-to-listen songs that we made together this year. It also includes our free-spirited solo tracks and other crazy tracks that we finally added, not to forget the album design and photos. The album is filled with value, so pre-order it, and reply 0521,” expressing his confidence in the new album.
The title track “Today” (official English title to be confirmed) features the sultry Ga In of Brown Eyed Girls.
Stay tuned for the album release on May 21!
