KARA Project Reveals Fifth Potential Member Somin

Somin has been revealed as the fifth revealed member of Baby Kara! 

The four previously revealed members so far are Sojin, Shi Yoon,Youngji,and Chae Kyung. These girls, along with a few more who are yet to be revealed, will be competing to join Kara as a new member. 

Somin, Chae Kyung and Shiyoon were previously members of DSP‘s project group Puretty. Formed in 2012, they promoted only in Japan before disbanding in January of this year.

The six episode series “KARA Project” will begin airing on May 27 at 6pm. It has been said that seven trainees of DSP Media, who have been trained for many years, will be appearing on the show as “Baby KARA.” Fans will also have a say in who will join the group as the final episode will be broadcast live, and fans will be able to vote for the new member.
