Chu Sung Hoon's Sister Makes a Surprising Revelation on "Superman Returns"

On the May 18 episode of KBS 2TV‘s “Superman Returns,” Chu Sung Hoon‘s sister, musical actress Chu Jung Hwa, confessed to her brother and father that she already has a guy that she plans to marry.

“There’s something that I want to say,” said Chu Jung Hwa in front of the family members who were gathered in Chu Sung Hoon’s house to celebrate the birthday of their father, Chu Gye Lee.

“I am currently in a relationship with someone who has plans for marriage. I want to introduce him to you sometime later, when time permits,” confessed Chu Jung Hwa to the whole family after having their meal. She later revealed that the food that the family ate was prepared by her future husband.

Both Chu Sung Hoon and Chu Gye Lee were shocked with Chu Jung Hwa’s sudden confession. The father got an even bigger surprise when he asked more about his “future” son-in-law.

“How old is he?” Chu Gye Lee asked his daughter. Chu Jung Hwa revealed that her husband-to-be is 28 years old and is five years younger than her.

But upon learning that the guy was skilled in judo, Chu Gye Lee showed an increased interest on the guy and broke into a smile. “I’m happy but I’m also sad,” said the father.

Apart from the surprising revelation, “Superman Returns” viewers also enjoyed seeing how Yanoshiho, who already knew about Chu Jung Hwa’s lover, tried her best to lighten up the mood.

“Superman Returns” airs every Sunday, 5 p.m. (KST) at KBS 2TV.
