T.O.P Talks About His Relationship with BIGBANG Members and His Beauty Secret

BIGBANG‘s T.O.P didn’t hold back on telling the world what kind of relationship he has with the BIGBANG members as well as what keeps him handsome as he is at the press conference for “FROM TOP EXHIBITION” held on June 4 at Horam Art Center in Seoul.

“I kept on listening to Taeyang‘s new album on the way here. When I sent words of encouragement to Taeyang through text, he told me, ‘No need to say that, why are you like this?,'” T.O.P said about how he is like with the other members of BIGBANG.

“Because we have always seen each other since we were younger, our relationship is not that of a business relationship but more like a family. I think they think of me as their real older brother and I consider them as my younger brothers too. We always cheer each other on,” he added.

“Whenever there are not good things that happen to each one of us, we hurt together and think that we have to enjoy growing old together,” T.O.P further added.

Aside from the very close relationship he has with his BIGBANG brothers, the rapper also mentioned the secret to his good looks.

“I cannot really personally take care of my looks well. (Instead of botox), I get something that’s called ‘sul-tox,'” T.O.P jokingly said about his beauty secret. (T/N: “Sul” in Korean is ‘alcohol’)

“Eating well and sleeping well is the secret,” the rapper said.

The “FROM TOP EXHIBITION” is held to commemorate T.O.P’s first video album, “1st PICTORIAL RECORDS FROM TOP.” The exhibit features various printed photos from T.O.P’s video album as well as never-before-seen photos that he personally chose.

The video album contains photos shot together by T.O.P and photographer Hong Jang Hyun taken last December in New York. With T.O.P’s intention to “capture his 27-year-old self,” the video album is expected to show the charms of the singer-actor.
