Yoon Jong Shin Announces the Beginning of MYSTIC89 Idol Project

Yoon Jong Shin, a famous composer, TV personality, and CEO of music label MYSTIC89, has announced that he will be taking on an idol project.

On his Twitter account, Yoon Jong Shin posted on June 5 that “MYSTIC89 has started an idol group project.”

He added, “I will follow up with more detail later,” drawing attention from fans.

Although nothing has been officially released or described, this new idol project is garnering a lot of attention due to the style of Yoon Jong Shin’s label, MYSTIC89. Home to a numerous talented and unique musicians, MYSTIC89 houses artists like Lim Kim, Kim Yeon Woo, Jo Jung Chi, Park Ji Yoon, Muzie, Eddy Kim, Puer Kim, and Jang Jae In. The label was known for its singer-songwriter focus, as the majority of its artists can write their own songs.

Many have already begun to speculate what kind of idol group will be created under MYSTIC89.
