Teen Top’s Chunji Set to Make Debut as Musical Actor in“Caffeine”
Teen Top’s Chunji will be debuting as a musical actor after being cast in the musical production “Caffeine.”
The lead vocal of Teen Top has been confirmed to take on the role of Kang Ji Min, a so-called ‘dating master,’ who studies during the day and works at a café as a sommelier at night. The musical is raising expectations, as the character of Kang Ji Min will also be played by Jo Sung Mo, 2AM’s Changmin, Hyun Woo, SS501’s Kim Hyung Jun, Seo Ha Joon, and Kim Ki Bum.
Chunji shared, “As a singer who performs on stage, I’ve always had a lot of interest in musicals, so I’m happy and excited to be given this opportunity to participate in ‘Caffeine.’ I think I’ll be able to learn a lot while preparing for this production, from seniors who are normally hard to meet. I will work hard with a humble heart to prepare and show a great performance on stage.”
The romantic comedy musical “Caffeine” will begin on June 27 and continue until September 7 at KT&G Sangsang Art Hall!
