JYJ Spreads Awareness on Importance of Water as Ambassadors of the 2015 World Water Forum

Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, and Kim Junsu of JYJ will begin spreading awareness on the importance of water as they are appointed as ambassadors of the 2015 World Water Forum.

“With the upcoming World Water Forum next year, we have appointed global star JYJ to help spread recognition and international promotion of the event,” said the organizers of the 2015 World Water Forum.

“Through JYJ’s global fame, the world will feel the importance of water and pick up on the habit to save water,” added the organizer.

JYJ has been known for their positive influence which makes them a good ambassador. They were the regional goodwill ambassadors for the 2011 UNAIDS, the Seoul Nuclear Security Summit and Korea Brand & Entertainment Expo in 2012, and the 2014 Incheon Asian Games. Aside from the scholarship delivery of each of the members and the individual members’ good deeds, the group is also involved in sharing campaigns for low income families and less fortunate children.

With such a decorated resume, the organizers of the World Water Forum raises their expectations of the group as their new ambassador. “We are looking forward to the successful launching of World Water Forum through JYJ as our official ambassador. We also anticipate their help in making Korea as one of the leading countries in terms of saving water.”

JYJ will be officially appointed as ambassadors of the World Water Forum on June 19.
