Kim Jung Hoon Makes Comeback this July After 7-year Hiatus

Singer-actor Kim Jung Hoon from the duo UN follows the footsteps of fellow singers Fly to the Sky and g.o.d as he makes his long awaited comeback in the music industry this July.

“Kim Jung Hoon will release a mini album on July 3,” said Kim Jung Hoon’s agency Mersenne Entertainment on June 23.

Kim Jung Hoon, who has renewed his contract with Mersenne Entertainment that has managed him for the past 13 years, announced that his first move will be to make his return as a singer. Through this, fans of the singer-actor will be able to hear once again his singing voice that they haven’t heard in a long time.

Although he had the chance to release a remake album last year, it has been almost seven years since he has resumed full-scale music activities.

According to his agency, “This mini album will be the answer to the fans’ anticipation and longing for Kim Jung Hoon’s unique tender, emotional voice so we included songs that evoke the feeling of love. He will have active promotion being a singer who has made his comeback after a long time.”

After making his debut with the male duo UN in 2000, he appeared in dramas “Princess Hours,” “I Need Romance,” “Dummy Mommy,” and “Her Legend” as well as movies “Wild Dogs” and “Final Blow.” He also starred in the musical “Catch Me If You Can.”
