Seo Kang Joon, Nam Ji Hyun, and ZE:A’s Park Hyungsik Share Thoughts on Starring in New Weekend Drama
Actors Seo Kang Joon and Nam Ji Hyun, along with ZE:A’s Park Hyungsik have confirmed their casting for KBS2’s upcoming drama “Why Are Families Being Like This,” which is set to air its first episode on August 16.
It has been said that Park Hyungsik, Nam Ji Hyun, and Seo Kang Joon will be involved in a love triangle within the drama’s storyline.
With the announcement of his casting as the character of ‘Cha Dal Bong,’ Hyungsik shared, “More than anything, I’m very happy to be able to act alongside great seniors. I am prepared to learn and give it my all. I want to thank the director for trusting me with an important role and as much pressure as I feel, I have a greater desire to do well. Please show a lot of love and support for ‘Dal Bong.’”
Also, actress Nam Ji Hyun, who will be taking on the role of ‘Kang Seo Wool’ expressed, “Although I feel the pressure of having a lot to learn and prepare for, I’m happy and thankful that I’m able to learn from my seniors for a long period of time. I will take this as an opportunity to step closer from a child star to becoming a mature actor and work hard. I’m thankful to the writer and director for giving me such a big role. Please look forward to ‘Kang Seo Wool’ and watch over the beautiful love story.”
Finally, Seo Kang Joon, who will be playing the role of ‘Yoon Eun Ho,’ revealed, “I’m very honored to be given an opportunity to participate in a production by director Jun Chang Geun and writer Kang Eun Kyung, with great seniors. I will work hard and prepare to show the viewers a more improved and different image, through the cynical and optimistic character of ‘Yoon Eun Ho.’ Please show a lot of interest.”
“Why Are Families Being Like This” will premiere on the 16th of next month at 7:55 PM (KST) on KBS.
