Jun Ji Hyun Ranks 1st Among Female Actresses with Most Expensive Real Estate Property

According to news released by ISPlus on July 22, actress Jun Ji Hyun ranks as the top female actress with the most expensive real estate property with a total amounting to about USD$20 million.

The actress who has recently received the grand prize for television at the 50th Baeksang Arts Awards for her performance in “Man from the Stars” is said to own one building in Nonhyun-dong, located in Gangnam area and another in Ichon-dong, located in Yongsan area which she purchased last year. The property in Nonhyun-dong is said to be worth USD$15 million while her property in Ichon-dong is approximately USD$5 million. 

This comes as no surprise as the actress not only made bank through her previous film and drama projects but she is also a well-known CF queen who has a good number of advertisements under her belt. 

Following Jun Ji Hyun in the list is Kim Tae Hee who is said to own a building worth USD$13.2 million. 

The report released did not include information on the other actresses who have also invested a significant amount on real estate and also does not include information on whether the building Jun Ji Hyun owns is a commercial or a residential building.
