Jang Hyuk Jokingly Calls "Fated to Love You" a Psycho Drama

MBC “Section TV Entertainment Relay” caught up with Jang Hyuk and Jang Nara for a short interview regarding their latest drama, “Fated to Love You.”

On the July 20 broadcast of the program, reporter Hwang Je Seong of MBC “Section TV Entertainment Relay” talked about the infamous shampoo scene that got people talking more about the drama. “I saw the shampoo scene and thought that it’s a psycho drama,” said Hwang Je Seong. The lead actor of “Fated to Love You,” Jang Hyuk, jokingly agreed, “I also thought our genre was psycho drama.”

The talked about shampoo scene in the series is one of the funny scenes in the series wherein Jang Hyuk was filming a mono drama while shampooing his hair.

Aside from the shampoo scene, Jang Hyuk also talked about working together with Jang Nara after 12 years since their last project together, “Bright Girl’s Success.” “12 years ago, I met Jang Nara when she was 21 years old…now, she’s at a good age,” Jang Hyuk said, making both the reporter and Jang Nara laugh.

Jang Hyuk also mentioned how happy he is that viewers are responding positively to their onscreen comeback. “I’m glad that the viewership (of our drama) is increasing,” Jang Hyuk said. Jang Nara agreed, “It’s nice that there are people who will make this project even more fun.”
