SS501's Kim Kyu Jong Will be Discharged from Military Today

SS501 member and solo artist Kim Kyu Jong will be discharged from his mandatory military service today!

Kim Kyu Jong will be discharged on July 22 after a two-year service working as a public servant in a military administration office in Junjoo, Jeonbook. He entered his mandatory military service in July of 2012. 

According to Kim Kyu Jong’s agency, he will not be having any special events after being discharged.

Kim Kyu Jong debuted as a member of five-member boy group SS501 in 2005. After SS501 went on a hiatus as members pursued their own solo activities with different agencies, he released his solo album “Turn Me On” in 2011 and was active as a singer while acting in dramas and musicals before serving his military service.
