PLEDIS and BRAND NEW MUSIC Battle It Out for the Best Cover of San E and Raina's "A Midsummer Night's Sweetness"

San E and Raina‘s music labels, BRANDNEW MUSIC and PLEDIS, respectively, thought of an interesting way to make more people listen to “A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness“–by holding a cover battle featuring their other artists!

On July 27, the music labels announced on their official Facebook pages the “PLEDIS vs. BRANDNEW MUSIC ‘A Midsummer Night’s Sweetness’ Cover Battle.”

The cover battle features BRANDNEW MUSIC’s Champagne & Candle and As One‘s “Midnight Remix” and PLEDIS’ soon-to-debut Yoo Ara & Seventeen‘s “Sunshine Remix” that give San E and Raina’s original song a different feel.

The music labels invited everyone to listen to the covers and decide which is the better cover of the two through voting. After the voting period, ten people who voted for the winning cover song will be drawn out and will win San.E and Raina’s signed CD as well as a special package containing all the CDs of the artists from both music labels.

To participate, voters should listen to the “Midnight Remix” and “Sunshine Remix” on SoundCloud and vote for the cover that they think is the better one. The voter should also post a comment on the announcement posted on the official Facebook page of the music label that they voted for.

The voting period begins on July 27 and ends on August 3 and the winners will be announced on August 4.
