Lee Shi Kang and Boys Republic's Wonjun Join "Cool Kiz on the Block"

Actor Lee Shi Kang and Boys Republic member Wonjun have joined KBS 2TV’s “Cool Kiz on the Block” (aka “Our Neighborhood Sport”).

On the July 29 broadcast of the sports competition show, it was announced that “Two people will be joining the ‘Cool Kiz FC.’ Lee Shi Kang has played soccer up through university, and Wonjun played during elementary school.” Watching them play, commentator Han Jun Hee said, “They are making tactical moves. Lee Shi Kang is a talented multitasker on the field, and Wonjun is defending well,” he observed, flashing a thumbs up sign.

For its eighth match, “Cool Kiz FC” took on the farmers’ team “Harvest FC,” which boasts five previous wins to its name. A representative for “Cool Kiz” stated that “Our recently formed ‘Cool Kiz FC’ and the ‘Harvest FC’ competed in a match that tested the players’ nerves. There were over 20 fouls and two warnings that occurred in succession. Expect a fierce competition where neither team yields an inch to the other.
