Jang Hyuk’s “Hand Acting” in MBC Drama “Fated to Love You” Was His Own Idea

Already 10 episodes into the drama, Jang Hyuk is successfully portraying the character of Lee Gun, a CEO of a big company that mistakenly has a one-night stand with Mi Young, portrayed by Jang Nara, but ends up falling in love with her. Through his character Jang Hyuk shows that he can also be a king of romantic comedy, as he often lets his heavy image go and readily shows his comic side in his acting. With this viewers are often pointing out that his charms are endless. Much attention, however, has been brought upon Jang Hyuk’s hands, as he uses them to portray a man that is attempting to control his lust towards the woman he loves. When he followed Mi Young, who was pregnant with his child, to new-parent classes, his hands were used to bring out the awkwardness between the two when asked to massage her chest.
