EXO's Sehun Congratulates Opening of Fanclub "EXO-L"

Fans of EXO, now to be known as “EXO-L,” were congratulated by EXO member Sehun through his official Instagram account on August 5.

Oh Sehun, the youngest member of EXO, uploaded a photo of himself holding up an “L” sign and wrote “2014.8.5 #EXO-L”  to congratulate the opening of their fanclub almost three years after the group made its debut. 

The newly established fanclub “EXO-L,” which stands for “EXO-love,” signifies the love of the fans for both EXO subgroups EXO-K and EXO-M as the letter “L” is right between the letters “K” and “M.”

EXO-L becomes the first fan club to operate through a mobile application wherein original content, chatting events, official schedules, and other important data for fans will be posted.

According to reports, EXO will be holding special events throughout the month of August to celebrate the opening of their fanclub.

Meanwhile, EXO is currently holding their tour for their first solo concert, “EXO FROM. EXOPLANET #1 – THE LOST PLANET.” The group is expected to officially address their fans as “EXO-L” on the next stop of their concert on August 23 in Singapore.
