Jang Nara Takes Nap Behind the Scenes of “Fated to Love You”

Actress Jang Nara, who currently portrays the character of Kim Mi Young in the popular drama“Fated to Love You,” was recently captured taking short naps during her breaks while filming.

In the photos revealed on August 14, she can be seen replenishing her stamina while on the set of the drama.

The filming teams are divided into A Team and B Team, which are constantly filming on a rotating 24-hour schedule. Jang Nara, who is the lead female character, is on both teams, so she essentially lives on the set. Because there isn’t really a scene in the drama where she is not present, Jang Nara is filming on an average of two hours of sleep every night. She is on standby for filming at all times, so she takes short naps to recuperate at least some of the energy she loses with the ongoing schedule.

The nap captured in the photo took place earlier this month, when they started filming at two in the morning. They started with Mi Young’s debut party scene. After filming for the overall cut with all of the characters, Jang Nara found a short break when her costar, Jang Hyuk, started filming his individual shots. Some of the staff members have revealed that they were shocked to see Jang Nara wake up as soon as Jang Hyuk’s scene was over, and be able to film like she had not been sleeping right before the shooting.
